Les Amis et les Conflictes

I had a lot of conflicts this week. On Friday I talked to a friend who I think went too far when she was teasing me earlier. I was nice but serious and it was good to clear things up her. And on Thursday I talked to a guy who was being a mean-spirited smart-ass. He wasn't taking me seriously at first, but when I started cussing at him, he saw I meant it about how his jokes were not ok with me and so he agreed to stop. And on Monday I got an angry Facebook message from the girl from my Sunday night date; I didn't see her on Friday and she wouldn't answer her phone so I sent her a Facebook message reply where I respectfully disagreed with her take on things, and she agreed to start talking to me again.

It's good to get all that out of the way. Now I can focus my energy on important things, like becoming a Chris Hemsworth impersonator.

This morning, I got to talk to Lydia at Stumptown. I thought it might have been about some conflict, but it wasn't; it was just for fun. It was really nice. She's really cool.

At the Bridge last Friday, I spent a while talking to Miss Portland. She was pretty cool. It made me think about how there's plenty of fish in the sea, but a lot of them don't count - they would if I were just a couple inches taller, because I don't think I could ever date someone taller then me.
